The properties are owned and managed by a group of investors who also own TopDoor Real Estate, LLC.
Across the hundreds of properties we own, we strive to give our tenants excellent service and ensure they are taken care of well. However, the investors do not participate in the day-to-day activities of the company but rather depend on the TopDoor staff. Throughout our company, we have a very dedicated and motivated management team and staff members who work very hard to achieve our company's goals and objectives.
Our goal is to provide a higher level of service to our tenants and their properties than ever before. We understand that your home is an important part of who you are, and that's why we care for it so much.
We use top-of-the-line property management software at TopDoor Real Estate. The software we use is very user-friendly for our tenants. Tenants can pay rent online, set up automatic payments, submit and check the status of maintenance requests, and contact the property manager directly through their tenant portal.
Our Office is open Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but an appointment must be scheduled if you need to meet with a team member at our office in person. Our Saturday and Sunday hours are by appointment only. You can reach us by calling or texting 405-227-9972, which is available seven days a week.
Rent: We have two options available for paying rent to Topdoor Real Estate.
1. The majority of tenants prefer to make their rent payments online. A transaction fee is not charged when you pay online with ACH. Credit cards are accepted also but a transaction fee is required.
2. Checks/cashier's checks can be mailed to the main office or dropped off at the main office in our check/key drop box located by the front door which is available 24/7.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Maintenance Request: Please submit all maintenance requests through the online portal, providing details about the issue and a picture is always helpful for our maintenance team.
Maintenance Emergency: In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a broken AC/Heater or flooding etc..., please call our main number and also submit a maintenance request online.
