Resident Referral Program

  TopDoor Real Estate is pleased to announce our new referral program! All current Tenant(s) are now eligible to receive a $200 credit for any referral that results in a signed lease for one of our available Yukon Crossing duplexes. If you know someone who is looking for a place to rent, please refer them to us. Be sure they mention your name on their application if they decide to apply and move in (this is the only way we will know who referred them).

Referrals must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible:

1. Tenant(s) must currently reside in a Yukon Crossing duplex managed by TopDoor Real Estate. Current       Resident(s) must also be up to date on all rent and/or other charges,  including any delinquent amount owed. Current Resident(s) must not have given a 30-day notice to move out.

2. New applicants must qualify and meet our rental requirements. New applicant(s) must also sign a minimum 1 (one) year lease agreement along with all required documentation and addendums.

3. Once New Applicant(s) is approved and has moved into the rental property as Tenant(s), the Tenant(s) must reside at the property for a minimum of 30 (Thirty) days. Credit is subject to the new resident being current on their monthly rent.

The referral credit of $200, per lease, will be applied as a credit directly to the current tenant's account. There is no limit on the number of referrals that a current tenant may have. TopDoor Real Estate, LLC reserves the right to alter or end this referral program without notice at any time
