What should I do next after setting up my tenant portal?

Here are the steps for setting up your Tenant Portal for the first time:

  • For a Tenant Portal activation email, email customercare@topdoor.net or call  405-227-9972.
  •  Using the link in the email you will be able to set up your portal. You will need to copy and paste this link into your web browser. Save the link as a bookmark or download the app through the Google Play store or the app store for easy access later.
  • Create a password, then click Activate on the Tenant Portal activation page.
  • Now that you have logged into your Tenant Portal, you can make payments and request maintenance.

You can make rent payments and maintenance requests online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the Tenant Portal

 What should I do next after setting up my tenant portal?

You can login to your Tenant Portal at any time after setting up your email and password. Enter your email address and password and click Log in.
