maintenance request

 Please submit all maintenance requests through the online portal, providing details about the issue and a picture is always helpful for our maintenance team.

What is the process for submitting a maintenance request?

  • Using your email address and password, log into your Tenant Portal.
  • Go to the Maintenance tab.
  • To create a new maintenance request, click the New Maintenance Request button.
    Descript the problem and the steps needed to fix it.
  • Submit the request by clicking the Submit Request button.

The Tenant Portal Maintenance page can be used to track the status of your maintenance request once it has been submitted. If you have any questions, feel free to text 938-666-1844. The maintenance team will also contact you to schedule or update your request using this number.

Maintenance Emergency: In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a broken AC/Heater or flooding etc..., please call our main number and also submit a maintenance request online.
