What is the process for submitting a maintenance request?
The Tenant Portal Maintenance page can be used to track the status of your maintenance request once it has been submitted. If you have any questions, feel free to text 938-666-1844. The maintenance team will also contact you to schedule or update your request using this number.
Maintenance Emergency: In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a broken AC/Heater or flooding etc..., please call our main number and also submit a maintenance request online.
